The aims and the objects of the association are:-

To promote social and friendly intercourse amongst the Members of the Association and to encourage the study and preservation of the history, folk lore, literature, music and traditions of Scotland; and such other subjects as may be considered of interest to the Members.

To assist any benevolent object connected with Scotland and Local Charities which the Members may deem worthy of support.
